Svetlana I. (SI) is the Director of SI-PCM Services Limited, bringing decades of extensive experience across Chemicals, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas Engineering, Design, Construction, Subsea, Power, Renewables, Banking, Consultancy, and related industries.

Her expertise spans both Onshore and Offshore sectors, where she has held diverse roles in Lenders’ Advisory Services, Due Diligence, Loan Utilisation, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Reporting, Progress Monitoring, Cost Estimating, Commercial and Project Control Management, Contracts Management and Review, Project Engineering, Accounting, and Finance. Svetlana has successfully led and contributed to multi-million and multi-billion-pound projects, working independently and collaboratively within Clients, Project Owners, Subcontractors, Lenders, Borrowers with thier Top management, Commercial and Overhead teams and repersentatives.

She maintains strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Clients, Project Owners, Subcontractors, Lenders, Borrowers (Engineering, Design, and Operating Companies), VPs of Operations, Senior VPs at regional levels, and management and engineering teams from renowned companies such as Halliburton Brown and Root/KBR, Saipem, Mott MacDonald, EDF, Desmet Ballestra, Jacobs Consultancy, Worley Group UK Limited, Peak Wind, Advisian, and others, including SI-PCM Services Limited, supporting project owners and banks.
She is friendly, highly educated, target orientated and very enthusiastic individual, who motivates others effectively and enjoys leading teams.

She has extensive experience leading and training the next generation of estimators and client project team members. She excels in preparing and delivering precise cost estimates based on the actual project scope or ITT documents (including SOW, contract terms, and conditions, MTO, drawings, etc.) and taxation laws. Her expertise covers comprehensive calculations for materials, labour (including services such as FS, FEED, DD), procurement, subcontract services, construction/fabrication, deconstruction/dismantling/demolition, rehabilitation (including land restoration), service modifications, logistics, transportation, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/decommissioning, and financial costs for both competitive bids and actual projects.She coordinates closely with other departments and multiple international offices across various contract types (LS, reimbursable, and multipliers), delivering detailed pricing breakdowns, variation rates, and conducting risk analyses, preparing multiple cash flows for bids and contracts, performs milestone payment analyses, drafts global company agreements, develops templates, tools, and reports, builds models, and calculates and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs).

She possesses hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, taxation calculations, initial labour and unit rate calculations, sourcing, resource loading, stakeholders’ management, financial modelling, and comprehensive lenders advisory services, and more.

She is a professional with experience in managing multibillion projects at Advisory/PCM/Project Engineer level looking after all aspects of PCM including and not limited to planning, reporting, progress monitoring, costing, analysing resources, looking after contracts and their performance and more.

Multilingual with proven presentation skills with the ability to smoothly interact and effectively communicate with Lenders, Borrowers (project companies: engineering, design, operating and other companies), Subcontractors, Client Personnel and other Stakeholders at all levels.

Highly experienced in Lenders’ Advisory Services, Project Progress Monitoring, Loan Utilisation, Financial modelling, PCM Commercial, Project Planning, Cost Estimating, Budgeting, Forecasting & Reviewing, Tendering, Procurement, Contracts/Contracts review, Project/Corporate Reporting, Document Control Management, Project Controls, Project & Overhead Management Accounting and Finances. Hands on experience in calculating of Business and Office Set-up costs and budgets.
